GS/H1:   RED COPY  A 9.6Ha site on the northern edge of the settlement, between the hospital and the campsite. A 
detailed flood risk assessment may be required to accompany any further development proposals on this 
site. The site is known to be used by wading birds and would require more detailed survey to establish the 
ecological importance of the site and the impact of any development.
